Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Bing Bing Bing AI at https://bingbingbing.app. By using the service you agree to them.

The Service

Bing Bing Bing AI lets you upload one or two photos and generate a short video in the style of the viral Bing Bing Bing trend using AI video generation. Videos carry no watermark. Bing Bing Bing AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft, Bing (the search engine), TikTok, CapCut, ByteDance, @jakeyang04 or other TikTok creators. The name Bing Bing Bing comes from the meme’s sound, not from Microsoft Bing.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Bing Bing Bing AI. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. Every person shown in a photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be in a video. You must not upload photos of children, of celebrities or public figures, or of anyone who hasn’t agreed. Pets, toys, cartoon characters you made and everyday objects are fine.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Bing Bing Bing AI to:

• impersonate any person, or pass off a video as real footage of them;
• create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing or otherwise harmful content;
• mislead people, commit fraud or spread disinformation;
• infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content, block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited license to store and process them only to provide the service to you. Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, the videos you generate are yours to use, including commercially (for example in ads, promotions, client work and sponsored posts), as well as on your own social accounts. Please label them as AI-generated where required.

AI Output

AI results vary. The backdrop and the exact kicks differ from one video to the next, and we do not guarantee that a video will be accurate, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing it before you share it.

Credits and Payments

Credits come in one-time packs with no subscription; prices are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe. Credits never expire. A failed render is retried once for free, and if it fails again its credits come back automatically. A photo refused by the content check gets its credits back too. If a finished video has a problem, email support@bingbingbing.app and we refund the credits that video used, in money, back to your original payment method through Stripe; if you used only part of a pack, the credits you haven’t used are refunded in money too.

Termination

You may stop using Bing Bing Bing AI at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continuing to use Bing Bing Bing AI after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
